Dunnflow runs WhatsApp and Instagram assistants for businesses. You can have the records we hold about you deleted at any time, in any of these ways. It costs nothing and you do not need an account with us.
If you messaged a business that uses Dunnflow
- In the same chat, on WhatsApp or Instagram, send DELETE MY DATA. The assistant asks you to confirm; reply YES DELETE. Your conversation records with that business, your bookings, consent and contact details are removed from our systems within 7 days, and the business is told that you asked.
- Or email hello@dunnflow.com with the business name and your WhatsApp number or Instagram username. We confirm by reply and delete within 7 days.
If you are a business that connected Instagram
- Removing Dunnflow from your Instagram account (Instagram app, Settings, Apps and websites) tells us straight away: we delete the access token, stop answering on that account, and the assistant's Instagram connection shows as off.
- A deletion request sent from Instagram or Facebook settings removes the token and the Instagram conversation records we hold for your account within 7 days. You get a confirmation code, and this page shows its status when you open the link that comes with it.
If you are a business that leaves Dunnflow
When you cancel, we first hand over an export of your records. Our copy is deleted 30 days later, or within 7 days if you ask. We remove our access to your WhatsApp and Instagram accounts when you leave.
What we keep
Only what the law requires us to keep, such as our own invoices to businesses. We never sell data or use it for advertising.
