Plain rules, so there are no surprises on either side.
How billing works
- Plans are monthly and paid in advance, on or before the 1st, by UPI or bank transfer.
- A plan unpaid by the 10th is paused: the assistant stops answering until the payment arrives, then resumes without any setup.
- Meta's per-message charges are billed by Meta to your own account and are not part of our fee.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time with one message on WhatsApp or email. There is no contract and no notice fee.
- The service runs until the end of the month you have paid for, then stops.
- Your WhatsApp Business account, number, Instagram account and data stay yours. We remove our access and hand over or delete your records within 7 days, as you choose.
Refunds
- The current month, once started, is not refunded.
- If we fail to deliver what your plan promises in the first 14 days of a new setup, and cannot fix it, we refund that month in full.
- If Meta restricts your account for a reason caused by us, we refund the month. If it is caused by content or activity we warned against, we help you appeal but do not refund.
- There is no setup fee, so there is nothing else to refund.
Founding 10 offer
The founding 10 businesses pay ₹1,999 a month for their first 12 months, then ₹2,999 a month for as long as they stay. Everyone after that pays ₹2,999 a month from the start. If you are not happy, cancel with one message and we hand over everything we built for you.
