    Pay, then we connect

    When you like it, you pay the first month (₹1,999 for the founding 10) by UPI. A 20-minute call connects your own WhatsApp account and number.

    Live, then monthly

    It goes live on your own number. A WhatsApp reminder comes before each month and a receipt when it is paid. Cancel any time with one message.

What is included?
Everything in the list above, for one business: your WhatsApp number and your Instagram account, answered by the same assistant, with bookings, reminders, payments, the daily summary, campaigns and the dashboard. There are no tiers and nothing important is held back for a higher plan.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We write every reply in your words and your customers' languages, send you a private preview of your own assistant to try on WhatsApp before you pay anything, then connect your own WhatsApp Business account and Instagram with you on a 20-minute call. That is part of the monthly price.
What is the Founding 10 offer?
The founding 10 businesses pay ₹1,999 a month for their first 12 months, then ₹2,999 a month for as long as they stay. Everyone after that pays ₹2,999 a month from the start.
Can you cancel?
Yes, any time, with one WhatsApp message. There is no contract and no minimum. If you are not happy, cancel with one message and we hand over everything we built for you: your account, your number, your replies and your data.
What does Meta charge?
Meta's own charges go directly to Meta, and we add nothing. Your first 1,000 replies each month are free. After that, and for reminders and offers you send, Meta charges per message. Meta needs a Visa or Mastercard on your Meta account for those.
Do you need a new number?
You need a number that is not currently on the WhatsApp app, or one that can move off it (save your important chats first; old chats do not move). Many businesses take a new SIM for ₹100 to ₹200. We check which is easiest on the first call.
Who owns the data?
You do. The WhatsApp Business account sits in your own Meta business, with your number and your card; the contacts and every message are yours. If you stop, you get a full export the same day, and we delete our copy when you ask, or after 30 days at the latest.
How fast is setup?
Usually 3 to 7 days. You try your own assistant the same or next day, then a 20-minute call connects your WhatsApp account, and Meta reviews your business name. You approve every reply before it goes live.
How does billing work?
Monthly, in advance, by UPI or bank transfer. You get a reminder on WhatsApp before the 1st and a receipt the moment it is paid. Prices exclude GST, which is added only once Dunnflow is registered for GST.
Do you give refunds?
You pay monthly and can stop any time; the current month is not refunded. Full details on the refunds page. Read the refunds page.
