How Meta charges
Your first 1,000 replies each month are free. When a customer messages you, you can reply for 24 hours. Each WhatsApp number gets 1,000 delivered replies free every month, counted per message, not per customer. From the 1,001st, Meta charges per message.
Messages you start are paid. A reminder, a receipt, a confirmation sent later or a fee notice is a utility message, charged even if the customer wrote to you that day. An offer, a new batch announcement or a recall is a marketing message, which usually costs more. Both need an approved template and are charged per message.
GST. Meta adds 18 percent to its invoice. If you have a GSTIN you can add it to the billing details and claim the credit.
Who pays. Meta bills your own account monthly, to a Visa or Mastercard. Dunnflow never touches it and adds nothing on top. Our fee is one flat plan, ₹2,999 a month. See what it includes.
Keeping the bill small
Send reminders: one kept appointment is usually worth far more than the reminders behind it. Send promotions only to people who asked for them, a few times a month at most. A smaller, interested audience replies more, keeps your quality rating green, and costs less than a blast to everyone.
