    You give it your documents

    Brochures, fee structures, policies, a list of frequently asked questions. A few pages are enough to start. Nothing from the internet, only what you give.

    It answers within those limits

    Every answer is written from your documents and your approved replies. If the answer is not in them, it tells the customer a person will reply and sends the question to your phone.

  3. 03

    You keep teaching it

    Each question it could not answer is a line you can add to the documents. Within weeks the assistant covers almost everything your customers ask.

Will it make things up?
It is set up not to. It only answers from your documents and says "let me check" otherwise. You can see every answer it gave and correct the source document.
Does it give medical or financial advice?
No. For clinics and finance businesses the assistant repeats the information you approve and books the appointment. It does not diagnose or advise.
What does it cost to run?
The AI assistant is an optional add-on at ₹2,000 a month. Its running cost is included in that price.
