What Meta looks for

A template is a message the business sends first, like a reminder or an offer. Meta reads it once and approves or rejects it, usually within an hour. Rejections are nearly always one of five things: variables not numbered in order, a variable at the start or end, mostly blanks and little fixed text, a shortened link, or content that does not match the category.

Utility is anything about something the customer already asked for: a booking confirmation, a reminder, a receipt, a delivery update. Marketing is anything that invites them to buy: offers, new batches, recalls. Marketing usually costs more per message and needs the person's consent.
