    Overview and inbox

    The home screen shows today and the last seven days, what needs you, and what people asked about. The inbox lists every conversation from both channels. Open one, read it, and reply from the web; the assistant steps back while you are talking.

  2. 02

    Bookings, payments, contacts

    Confirm, reschedule or mark attendance with one click, and the customer gets the same message as if you replied from your phone. Mark a UPI payment as received. Import contacts from a CSV with their consent recorded.

  3. 03

    Campaigns, templates, report

    Pick an approved template, see the audience count and who is excluded and why, schedule it in Indian time, and watch delivered and read counts. Request new templates. Print or download the monthly report.

Do you still get alerts on WhatsApp?
Yes. The dashboard adds to your phone, it does not replace it. Booking alerts, handovers and the evening summary keep coming to your WhatsApp, and the Reply myself and Done buttons keep working.
Can your staff use it?
Yes. Any staff number you register can sign in with a code sent to the owner's WhatsApp, and you can sign out every device from Settings at any time.
Is the data yours?
Yes. Export contacts and campaign results as CSV any time, and your bookings also land in your own Google Sheet. If you stop, the data is handed over or deleted as you instruct.
