You connect your payment account
Razorpay or Cashfree, both Indian, both free to open. We connect them to your assistant. If you only want UPI, a plain UPI link to your UPI ID works too.

The assistant sends the link
At the right moment in the conversation, after a booking or an order, the assistant sends a payment link for the exact amount, with your business name on it.

Paid is confirmed, not claimed
When the customer pays, your payment provider tells the assistant. Only then is the receipt sent and the booking marked paid. A customer typing "paid" is checked, not trusted.

Does Dunnflow take a cut of payments?

No. Payments go from your customer to your own Razorpay or Cashfree account. Their fee is about 2 percent and is theirs, not ours. Dunnflow never holds your money.

Can customers pay with UPI directly inside WhatsApp?

Yes, through a UPI link that opens their UPI app. Where WhatsApp's own native UPI payment is available for your account, we can set that up as well.

Do you need a GST number for this?

No. Razorpay and Cashfree accept sole proprietors with a PAN and a bank account. GST is only needed once your own turnover requires it.
