The 15-character GST registration number. A GST certificate is also accepted for Meta verification.
Businesses above the GST threshold have a GSTIN and a registration certificate. Meta accepts that certificate for business verification, just like Udyam.
Meta's own invoice for messages carries 18 percent GST; a business with a GSTIN can add it to the billing details to claim input credit.
Why it matters
If you already have GST, you already have the document Meta needs.
