List message
A message with a 'Choose' button that opens a menu of up to ten options.
When a question has more than three answers, such as which class, which service or which branch, the assistant sends a list. The customer taps the button, picks one, and the answer comes back as a tap.
Lists keep conversations short and avoid spelling mismatches.
Why it matters
It is how a coaching institute offers six classes or a salon ten services without a wall of text.
