Payment link
A link sent in the chat that opens a payment page from Razorpay or Cashfree, or a UPI app directly.
When an advance, a fee or a deposit is due, the assistant sends a link. The customer pays with UPI, card or net banking on the payment provider's page. The provider tells the business's software the moment it is paid, and a receipt goes out automatically.
The business's own payment account receives the money. Dunnflow never sees card or bank details.
Why it matters
Collecting in the same conversation removes the 'I will pay later' gap.
