Before your number can message real customers, Meta checks that the business exists. We do this together on the setup call; it takes about ten minutes to submit and is usually approved within a day.
What Meta checks
The legal name and address you type against your Udyam or GST certificate, and that you are connected to the business: through your website's domain if you have one, otherwise by a code sent to the phone number on the certificate or to an email on the business domain.
The common mistake
A shortened address or a different spelling. We copy the certificate line by line, including capitals and the PIN code.
After approval
The account changes from restricted to approved. We submit your templates, connect the number to the assistant and send the first test message to your own phone.
