The monthly fee is paid in advance, on or before the 1st, by UPI or bank transfer. You get a reminder on the 1st and the 5th. A plan unpaid by the 10th is paused until it is paid, and the assistant tells customers you will reply shortly.
Founding 10 offer
The founding 10 businesses pay ₹1,999 a month for the first 12 months, then ₹2,999 a month for as long as they stay. Everyone after that pays ₹2,999 a month from the start. There is no setup fee.
Cancelling
Send one WhatsApp message, any time. The current month is not refunded. If you are not happy, cancel with one message and we hand over everything we built for you. Your WhatsApp Business Account, your number and your data stay with you. We remove our access within 7 days and hand over or delete the conversation records as you instruct.
GST
Fees are quoted without GST. If GST becomes applicable to Dunnflow it will be added at the rate in force, and you will be told in advance.
