Two plain messages give your customers control, as India's DPDP Act requires.
STOP
The customer receives no more messages that the business starts: no reminders, no offers. They can still message the business and get answers. START resumes. The assistant understands these words in English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
DELETE MY DATA
The customer's conversation records, bookings and consent record with your business are removed from Dunnflow's systems within 7 days, and the customer is told when it is done. You are notified so you can remove them from your own records too.
What you should do
Nothing. Both are handled without you. The OPTOUTS command shows you how many people have opted out.
