    A Meta business portfolio and WhatsApp Business account in your name, with your number. You need a number not currently on the WhatsApp app; a new SIM for ₹100 to ₹200 is fine.

    Meta verifies your business

    Your Udyam or GST certificate is uploaded once. Verification usually takes a day or two and unlocks messaging and the verified name.

    Your number goes live

    The assistant is connected to your number. You are the owner, Dunnflow is added as the technical partner, and you can remove us at any time.

Why not the WhatsApp Business app you already use?
The app is for typing replies yourself. Automation needs the platform behind it, which is what Meta provides to businesses through partners like Dunnflow. Tools that automate the app itself break Meta's rules and get numbers banned.
What does Meta charge?
Meta's own charges go directly to Meta, and we add nothing. Your first 1,000 replies each month are free. After that, and for reminders and offers you send, Meta charges per message. Meta bills your account directly, and you need a Visa or Mastercard on it.
Can you keep your existing number?
Yes, if it is not registered on the WhatsApp app any more. We help you move it across; existing chats are not carried over, so most businesses keep the old number on the phone and put the assistant on a new one.
