How the maths works
Bookings a month. Appointments, demo classes, site visits, trial sessions, table bookings: anything with a time.
No-show rate. The share that do not turn up and do not tell you. Count a week from your register if you are not sure.
What reminders might remove. We do not put a number in your mouth. Results vary between businesses, so the slider is your estimate. After a month on Dunnflow, your own monthly report replaces it with the real figure.
Meta's cost. Two reminders per booking, the day before and two hours before. Meta charges for them per message, plus 18 percent GST, directly to your own account. This calculator leaves that out; the message cost calculator gives a rough estimate.
Why reminders with a button work
Most no-shows are not decisions. People forget, double-book, or are not sure the booking went through. A reminder on WhatsApp the evening before, with Confirm and Reschedule buttons, answers all three. A tap on Reschedule opens a short conversation that moves the booking instead of leaving an empty slot.
Anyone who taps neither shows up in your evening summary as unconfirmed, so a quick call can still save the slot. That loop is part of every Dunnflow setup. How reminders work.
