BSP (Business Solution Provider)
A company Meta has approved to resell WhatsApp Business Platform access, usually with its own software and margin.
Many WhatsApp tools are BSPs: you use their software and pay them per message, often with their own margin on top of Meta's price. The alternative is using Meta's platform directly, in your own account, with your own partner running the software.
Dunnflow works the second way: the account is the client's, Meta bills the client at Meta's price, and Dunnflow charges a flat monthly fee for building and running the assistant.
Why it matters
Knowing which model you are in tells you who owns the account and who adds what to the price.
