WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API)
Meta's official way for software to send and receive WhatsApp messages on a business number.
The WhatsApp Business Platform, also called the Cloud API, is the system Meta runs so that a business's own software can message customers on WhatsApp automatically. It is different from the WhatsApp app and the free WhatsApp Business app, which both need a phone.
A business on the platform gets a WhatsApp Business Account, a registered number, a verified name, approved templates and a daily sending limit that grows with use. Dunnflow builds and runs the software side for its clients on this platform.
Why it matters
It is the only route that cannot get your number banned for automation, and the only one where replies can be instant, around the clock, without a phone.
