The stored note of when a customer agreed to promotional messages, and when they withdrew.
Every yes and every STOP is stored with the date. Campaigns are built from this record, never from a raw contact list.
The owner can export it, and a customer can ask to see or delete it.
Why it matters
It is the proof that a campaign went only to people who asked for it.
