Opt-in (consent)
The customer's clear yes to receiving promotional messages from a business.
Meta's rules and India's DPDP Act both require consent before a business sends marketing messages. On WhatsApp the cleanest way is a button in the first conversation: 'Yes, send me updates'.
Dunnflow's assistant asks once, records the answer with the date, and only includes consenting customers in campaigns.
Why it matters
Without recorded consent a campaign is both against the rules and a quick way to get blocked.
