Verified name
The business name Meta shows next to a number after business verification.
Once a business is verified and its display name is approved, customers see the business name instead of just a phone number, with a note that the account is a business.
This is different from the blue tick, which Meta gives to well-known brands separately. The verified name is available to every verified business.
Why it matters
A named business gets more replies and fewer 'who is this' messages.
