Every booking the assistant takes gets two reminders: one the evening before and one two hours before. Both are approved templates, so they go out even if the customer has not written for days.
Confirm
A tap on Confirm marks the booking confirmed. You see it in the daily summary and, if you use the Google Sheet, in the sheet.
Reschedule
A tap on Reschedule starts a short conversation: the assistant asks for a new day and time in plain words, moves the booking and schedules the reminders again. You get a note.
No reply
If neither button is tapped, the booking stays as requested and shows in the evening summary as unconfirmed, so you can decide whether to call.
Cost
Each reminder is a utility message. Meta charges for it per message, directly to your account.
