When a booking or order needs an advance, a fee or a deposit, the assistant sends a payment link in the chat. The customer pays in their UPI app or on the payment provider's page. Dunnflow never sees card or bank details.
Three ways to collect
A UPI link that opens the customer's UPI app with your UPI ID and the amount filled in: free, no gateway, but you confirm receipt by hand. A Razorpay or Cashfree payment link: the provider tells the assistant the moment it is paid, and a receipt goes out automatically. Both providers charge their own small fee per payment, around two percent, on your own account.
What the customer sees
A message with the amount, the purpose and a secure link. After paying, a receipt with the amount, date and a reference, which they can forward or keep.
If someone says 'paid' without paying
The assistant checks with the provider. If nothing arrived, it asks politely for the screenshot and alerts you rather than confirming.
