Switching from Interakt without losing a day.

You use a self-serve WhatsApp platform by Haptik (a Jio company), with a shared inbox, automation, catalogues and campaigns. Here is what you keep, what changes, and exactly how the move happens.

Why people move

  1. 01

The tools are there but someone at your business has to build and watch them.

  2. 02

Automation rules are generic; your replies end up sounding like everyone's.

  3. 03

Support for a small business is tickets and documentation, not a person who knows your setup.

What you keep

  • Your number and account when they are in your own Business Manager
  • Approved templates
  • Contacts and consent
  • Quality rating

What changes

  • Replies written in your words and approved by you before going live
  • An assistant that books slots and takes orders through guided questions
  • Reminders with Confirm and Reschedule, payment links and receipts
  • One person who knows your setup, reachable on WhatsApp
  • Flat monthly fee, Meta charges at cost

How the move happens

  1. 01

    A 15-minute call

We look at your Interakt setup together: which number, which flows and templates you use, where your contacts and consent records are.

  2. 02

    Export what is yours

Templates, contact lists and opt-ins come out of Interakt as text and CSV. If Interakt created your WhatsApp Business Account, we check who owns it in Meta Business Manager.

  3. 03

    Rebuild on your own account

We write every reply in your words, resubmit the templates under your account (Meta approves them in minutes to hours), import your contacts with their consent status, and show you everything on a video call.

  4. 04

    Switch the number

If the number already runs on Meta's official platform, moving it is a few clicks and a code sent to the owner. If it was on the WhatsApp app or an unofficial tool, we register it on the official platform.

  5. 05

Go live, keep the old one for a week

We turn Dunnflow on, watch the first days together, and only then do you cancel Interakt. No gap.

What to expect

  • Two to five days to go live
  • No gap, old setup runs until the new one is proven
  • Catalogue messages are not part of the assistant yet; product lists are sent as menus and images
  • Chat history stays in Interakt; export before cancelling

Questions

Still have a question?

Message us on WhatsApp. A person replies, usually within the hour, 9 am to 9 pm.

Ask on WhatsApp
Do you support catalogues?
Not Meta's catalogue format yet. Products and prices are answered as menus, lists and images, which works well for services and small ranges.
Can several staff reply?
Yes, from the dashboard inbox. Each sign-in is a code to the owner's WhatsApp, so the owner controls who is in.

See it answer you, right now.

Message our own assistant. It is the same system we set up for you, running on our own number. No form, no signup.
