Switching from WATI without losing a day.
You use a self-serve WhatsApp platform with a shared inbox, a flow builder and campaigns, priced per plan and per user. Here is what you keep, what changes, and exactly how the move happens.
Why people move
01
You are paying for seats and a plan but still doing the work: writing replies, building flows, fixing templates.
02
Replies to customers happen only when a person is at the inbox.
03
Bookings, reminders and payments need separate tools or integrations.
What you keep
- Your WhatsApp number and, if it is in your own Business Manager, your WhatsApp Business Account
- Your approved templates (re-submitted under your account, wording unchanged)
- Your contact list and who has opted in
- Your Meta billing and quality rating history
What changes
- Done for you: we write, build and maintain the replies and flows
- The assistant answers 24 hours a day without a person at the inbox
- Bookings, reminders with Confirm, payment links and receipts are built in
- One flat monthly fee per number, no per-user seats
- A dashboard with inbox, bookings, payments, campaigns and contacts, included
- Instagram DMs and comments in the same inbox
How the move happens
01
A 15-minute call
We look at your WATI setup together: which number, which flows and templates you use, where your contacts and consent records are.
02
Export what is yours
Templates, contact lists and opt-ins come out of WATI as text and CSV. If WATI created your WhatsApp Business Account, we check who owns it in Meta Business Manager.
03
Rebuild on your own account
We write every reply in your words, resubmit the templates under your account (Meta approves them in minutes to hours), import your contacts with their consent status, and show you everything on a video call.
04
Switch the number
If the number already runs on Meta's official platform, moving it is a few clicks and a code sent to the owner. If it was on the WhatsApp app or an unofficial tool, we register it on the official platform.
05
Go live, keep the old one for a week
We turn Dunnflow on, watch the first days together, and only then do you cancel WATI. No gap.
What to expect
- Two to five days from the call to going live, most of it Meta's template approvals
- No downtime: the old setup runs until the new one is proven
- If WATI owns your WhatsApp Business Account, moving the number needs their release; we handle the request with you
- Message history inside WATI does not transfer; export it before you cancel
