Quality rating
Meta's green, yellow or red score for a number, based on how customers react to its messages.
Meta watches blocks, reports and how often people reply. A number with happy customers is rated high (green). Many blocks push it to medium (yellow) or low (red).
A low rating reduces the messaging limit and, if it stays low, Meta can pause the number's ability to send templates. Dunnflow pauses campaigns automatically when a client's rating drops.
