A campaign is one message to many customers: a new batch, a festive offer, a recall for a check-up. It uses a marketing template, which Meta charges per message, and may only go to people who agreed to receive promotional messages.
How consent is collected
The assistant asks once, with a button, during a normal conversation. The yes is stored with the date. Anyone who replies STOP is removed at once.
How a campaign is sent
You tell us the message and the audience, or send it yourself from the sheet. It is sent in batches, within your number's daily limit, and stops automatically if Meta's quality rating for your number drops.
How many
Up to four a month are included. More is usually a mistake: fewer, better-timed messages keep people subscribed.
